NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING & EXECUTIVE SESSIONNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Bonanza will meet on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 2900 4th Avenue, Bonanza, Oregon.
The governing body will first convene in an Executive Session at 6:00 PM per ORS 192.660(2)(b) - To consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent.
The Town Council will reconvene in an open, public Regular Meeting at 6:45 PM (or immediately following the Executive Session, whichever comes first). The Council will enter into the Regular Meeting - open public session to discuss, consider, and take potential final action regarding matters reviewed during the preceding Executive Session.

The Town of Bonanza is located in the rich agricultural Lost River Valley 25 miles East of Klamath Falls in Klamath County on Oregon State Highway 70. Today, Bonanza is a strong farming and ranching community of 465 people. The history of Bonanza goes back to the late 1800's when the Town was developed at an old Modoc Indian site. Bonanza holds numerous events throughout the year that bring the community and visitors together. Bonanza is a small, friendly place known for it's pleasant atmosphere to work and live. Getting to know people is easy and making life long friends is common. The Town of Bonanza is known also for it's motto "The little town that does BIG things."
